Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your design request – including text, colours, theme, and any specific layout ideas.

Application Options:

• Apply at Home – Your transfer will be shipped with full step-by-step ironing instructions.

• Drop-Off Service (Local Only) – You may drop off your item to have the transfer applied professionally (message for availability and location details).

Important Notes on Copyright:

I do not recreate or sell designs featuring copyrighted characters, logos, or brands (e.g. Disney, Marvel, CBBC, etc.).

All designs must be original or used with permission.

A digital preview will be sent to you for approval before printing to ensure you’re happy with the final look.

Washing & Care Instructions:

• Wash inside out on a gentle cycle (30°C max)

• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry

• Do not iron directly over the transfer

• For best results, wait 24 hours after applying before first wash

Important Refund Policy (Apply-at-Home Orders):

By choosing the apply-at-home option, you accept full responsibility for the application process.

No refunds or replacements will be issued if the transfer is damaged during home application.

If the transfer is applied incorrectly, a new one will need to be purchased.
